Return policy

1. No returns or refunds

Due to the nature of contests, Fynory ltd operates a strict no-return, no-refund policy. Once a contest entry has been submitted and payment has been made, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned for any reason.

 

All entries are considered final and cannot be cancelled. If an input error is identified before payment has been confirmed, please contact us immediately at info@fynory.com to determine whether a change can be made.

2. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a product from Fynory ltd that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service department at info@fynary.com. We will assess the problem and provide a solution, which may include :

 

  • Repair of the defective or damaged product.

  • Replacement of the product.

  • A refund at our discretion.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing clear evidence of the defect or damage (photos, videos, etc.).


3. Delivery mistake

If you receive a different product from the one you ordered, or if any parts or components are missing, please contact our customer service department at info@fynary.com. We will investigate the problem and propose a solution, which may include the following

  • Shipment of the correct product.

  • Shipment of the missing parts.

  • Refund, at our discretion, if applicable.

Please notify us of any delivery errors within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.


4. Shipping costs for returns, repairs and replacements
Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns, repairs or replacements, unless otherwise specified by Fynory ltd. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned products are properly packaged and insured to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transport.


5. Refund processing times

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Limitation of liability

Fynory ltd is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages or delays in delivery of products resulting from events beyond its control, including, but not limited to, customs delays, weather conditions or transportation problems.

Customer satisfaction policy

At Fynory ltd, we take pride in ensuring the satisfaction of our participants. If you encounter any problems or dissatisfaction related to your experience, we encourage you to contact us so that we can assess the situation and find an appropriate solution, although returns and refunds are not guaranteed.


6. Statutory rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you believe that your statutory rights have been infringed, you can contact us at info@fynary.com.
